Our Prime Minister has raised the COVID-19 alert level to level 3 going to level 4 at 11:59pm Wednesday 25 March.
What this means for us as a church community, is that we must stay at home and stop all physical interactions with others outside of those in our households. This also means that anyone with a church key must not access our church buildings.
While the COVID-19 alert level is at level 3 or 4, we cannot physically meet at church; however, we are able to “meet” online.
Church APP
We will have our Manurewa APP set in place by tomorrow afternoon and instructions of how to download it. This will be the quickest and best way for me to communicate with you all so please consider adding it on your phone.
Website
We strongly encourage you all to visit our website: www.ccnz.org.nz to view/hear regular messages from our oversight and ministers. Our Sunday Morning message will be posted for viewing at 10:00am and further messages and notes of encouragement will be posted throughout the week.
Communion:
This is always an important time for us each week and with the circumstances we find ourselves in it’s a wonderful moment to not only remember but appropriate the blood of Christ to our lives.
There will be an opportunity to partake of communion on a Sunday Morning from your own home. I will close my message with us sharing so Please have your juice and biscuit ready so that we can partake from our different locations as a church family
