COVID Update – 18 August 2021 – Mt Roskill
Message from the Oversight
Our Prime Minister announced last night that Auckland is to be at COVID-19, Level 4 for an initial period of 7 days.
This means for us as a church community, that we must stay at home and stop all physical interactions with others outside of those in our households.
This also means that anyone with a church key must not access our church buildings.
While the COVID-19 alert level is at level 4, we cannot physically meet at church; however we are able to “meet” online.
Just like previous lockdowns, we will be posting a Sunday Morning message for viewing from 11am on the website and church App.
All other physical meetings will be cancelled until further notice, this includes, Christian Encouragement, Sunday School, Gospel Service, Pathfinders, Sunbeams, Rangers, Trackers, Youth Group, Mainly Music, Asian Bible Study, Basketball, Indoor Soccer or any other activities that have been booked into the church calendar.
Throughout this period of COVID-19 alert, the office will be operating from a home base. For any inquiries, requests for prayer, help or assistance over this period, please contact the office on: 021 137 2879 or email church@ccnz.org.nz.
We encourage you all to keep in touch with each other, especially our older people and those on their own who may feel isolated and vulnerable.
We are trusting the Lord for His protection over us all and we are praying for you all at this time.

Covid Update – 06 October 2020 – Mt Roskill
We are delighted to advise that Mt Roskill main church and the Asian Fellowship will be resuming normal services from Sunday 11th October.
This will include Sunday Morning Prayer Meeting, Sunday Morning Communion Service with all the Children’s programmes in place, Sunday School (including classes), Sunday Evening Prayer Meeting & Sunday Evening Gospel Service.
Our Thursday evening Christian Encouragement meetings will resume on Thursday 15th October.
At Alert Level 1, there is still a risk of COVID-19 returning to the community. The government encourages us to continue tracking where we’ve been and who we have come into contact with.
As per the government’s requirement, we have placed QR code posters at our main entrances into the building for anyone wanting to record their attendance in this way. Hand sanitisers are spread throughout the complex for anyone to use.
Please remember: Do not attend church if you or your children are sick or feeling unwell.
We are so looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday.
God Bless.

Message from Oversight
Mt Roskill Services
Normal services at Mt Roskill will resume when we are at level 1 with no restricted numbers. In the meantime online services will continue. We pray that we can meet each other again on Sunday 11 October if restrictions are eased during that week and we all look forward to returning to normal.
Camps
The Oversight have made a decision that no camps will be held between now till the end of November. A decision about the Christmas men’s camp will be made in early November at the latest. The camps affected include Ladies camp, Gem’s retreat, Trackers and Sunbeams and Seniors Camp.
We understand many people will be disappointed but we consider we have made the right decision during these uncertain and difficult circumstances. We are confident camps can be resumed as normal next year.
